Can I hotspot/tether?

Most plans support hotspot. Check the plan details on checkout.

Does the plan start immediately?

Usually it starts when it connects in the destination country.

Can I get a refund?

If the eSIM was not installed/used, contact support and we will review.

Will this work on my phone?

Your device must be eSIM compatible and network unlocked.

Do I need my IMEI/EID?

No — we do not ask for IMEI or EID.
